Don’t Drink … Gamble!
If you like to have a drink occasionally, leave your cash at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your purse, your billfold, and keep all cash, plastic credit and checkbooks back at the hotel. Take only the cash you expect to use on drinks, tips and whatever pocket change you anticipate to burn and leave the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Not at all. Just realistic. You could have a profit after a boozy night out with your buddies and be blessed sufficiently to hit a 25 minute toss at a smokin craps table. Hang on to that story considering that it’s as brief as it gets if you regularly drink and gamble. These activities simply do not go well together.
Leaving your moolah at home is a tiny bit drastic, but precautionary measures for drastic actions is necessary. If you gamble to win, then do not drink alcohol and play. If you like to throw aside your cash without a worry, then consume all the no charge alcohol your stomach can handle, but do not pack plastic credit and cheques to toss into the mix of chasing squanderings after your inebriated brain throws away everything!
Allow me to carry this a single step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then hop on the internet to wager in your best-liked casino either. I love to beer from the coziness of my condominium, however since I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards near by, I can not drink and wager.
Why? Although I don’t consume alcohol a lot, once I drink, it’s definitely adequate to befuddle my judgment. I gamble, so I don’t consume alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. The two mix up for a decimating, and costly, drink.
